We want you to be fully satisfied with your piece. Here's how returns work.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery, for buyers anywhere in the world.
If the Issue Is on Our End
If your item arrives broken, damaged, or doesn't meet the quality you expected — any fault on our part — we'll make it right. You can choose either:
- A replacement of the same or a similar piece, or
- A full refund
In these cases, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
If You've Simply Changed Your Mind
We understand a piece doesn't always work out the way you'd hoped. If you'd like to return an item for reasons unrelated to quality or damage, we're happy to accept it — but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us in Vietnam.
How the Process Works
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to let us know you'd like to return your item.
- Ship the item back to us (see above for who covers shipping costs, depending on the reason for return).
- Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll process your refund promptly.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
